So again we have the "tradition" issue...clearly I have a few I just can't let go...hence the real Christmas Tree. I know that everyone says fake is the way to go, but I'm just not sold...yet! So until then we will enjoy the tradition of going to the tree lot, where Alec and Ava enjoy a mean game of hide go seek through the tree's (I'm sure nobody noticed) and I get to pick just the right tree. It was my year to choose because Zachary and I have a different opinion on what makes a good tree...just picture Charlie Brown Christmas and you have a perfect visual of last years tree. Needless to say we had a great time and we have a lovely smelling house, with an abundance of pine needles...I love it!

CUTE TREE! I love the skinny ones too though. How fun that I have already gotten to see your tree. I swear it's usually December 29th when I see it!
Very cute! I guess we definitely miss out on the hunt for the perfect tree tradition with our fakey! I love the new decor.
I am sorry, I got your link from Katie Boulton's blog so I just had to read it. You do a great job!!! Enjoy the smell of your tree. That is what I miss the most. MaryAnn Harrison

That is the one thing that I miss the most about Christmas. We used to have a real tree (when I was like 10) and have had a fake one ever since. I just miss the smell of the real thing, somehow candles and plugins just don't cut it.
